Planning approval and Building Regulations are different. When a project moves into the technical stage, the drawings need to explain much more about how the work is intended to perform and be constructed.

Pay for each stage as the project progresses. The technical drawing stage begins only when you are ready to proceed.
Structural engineering, acoustic, fire, energy and other third-party reports are separate where required.

Is this the same as planning permission?
No. Planning considers the acceptability of the proposal in planning terms. Building Regulations deal with technical standards for building work.
Do I need a structural engineer?
Some projects require structural calculations or details from a structural engineer. Where required, that specialist work is separate and can be coordinated with the architectural drawings.
Does Studio Arkitekt approve Building Regulations?
No. Approval is given by the relevant building control body. Studio Arkitekt prepares architectural and technical information to support the process.
