Pay for each stage as the project progresses. You can pause before instructing the next stage.
The £1,750 fee covers the five stages shown for a typical residential project.
Council application fees and specialist reports are separate where required.

Yes. Our planning service can include preparation of the application information and submission to the local planning authority.
How long does planning take?
