Send the authority’s complete email or letter, the application reference, every drawing already submitted and the property address. Photographs and any original editable drawing files can also help.
Can you amend drawings produced by someone else?
Sometimes. We first need to review the format, quality, ownership position and extent of change. It may be more reliable to redraw the relevant information.
Does the fee always start at £350?
That is an indicative starting point for defined additional drawing work. The actual fee depends on whether a survey, redraw, design work or wider application review is required.
Can you guarantee the council will accept it?
